Break the wall before the start
A marathon isn't won at km 42. It's decided in the weeks before, when you study the course and make a plan. Here is what really matters for each race: the real profile, a pace band that spreads the effort according to the hills, a gel plan placed at the aid stations and 30 years of weather for that day. We start with the five marathons of the Zurich circuit in Spain. More to come.
